Add a additional AES256 layer to the app so you can encode text messages and maybe position

In addition to symetrical AES256 encryption on the phone the ATAK plugin could have its own symetrical encryption it does on top of the nodes encrpytion so both the node and the phone need to be captured for succecful interception.
