TAK Users not Cross Populating over Mesh

I might have just configured something wrong but I am running ATAK 5.3.0.12 with Meshtastic Plugin 1.0.36.

I have a TAKServer running FreeTAKServer and all devices except one are connected into that. One device is "offline".

Device A: Connected to the TAKServer only Device B: Connected to the TAK Server and Meshtastic Device C: Connected to Meshtastic Only ("Offline")

Device B has "Enable relay to server" and "Enable relay from server" set to "On" under Tool Preferences>Specific Tool Preferences>Meshtastic Preferences in the ATAK app.

When messages are sent via the All Chat Rooms "channel" devices A, B and C all get the messages no matter who sends the message. A can talk to C through B and C can talk to A through B.

However Device C only displays Device B. Device A is not listed under Contacts or plotted on Device C's map.

Device A does see Device C and it lists C on the Map and shows as a contact for Device A.

It appears that PLI information for Device A, and other TAKServer connected only devices, are not being forwarded through B to C. Is there a way to make this happen or did I mess up some configuration?

Sorry I've not used FTS in awhile, all my testing is done with the OG TAKServer. You can try to enable Logging in ATAK settings, search "logcat", this should give you a log of what is going one during your test. If you can review that it will help determine what's happening.

I have since moved over to .gov TAKServer 5.4. I have not gotten back around to test this. I will try to get to this in the next bit to see what information I can provide.
