support for the datasync plugin

Datasync is really powerful, but it currently relies on a centralized server to sync. I was wondering if through the meshtastic atak plugin datasync updates could be shared, so something like a decentralized datasync could happen. It is certainly not a low hanging fruit, but curious whether the project is heading in that direction or not. Thanks!
