[CI] E2E tests MeshSync

Current Behavior

MeshSync does not have integration tests that test the functionality of MeshSync against an actual Kubernetes Cluster.

Desired Behavior

Implement Integration test that ensures MeshSync functions as expected when deployed against a Kubernetes cluster.
