[refactoring] Replace LogLevel 4 to value from constant
Current Behavior
In

- https://github.com/meshery/meshkit/blob/master/broker/channel/channel.go#L38
LogLevel is hardcoded to 4
Desired Behavior
A log level is taken from constant.
I think we use constants from logrus: github.com/sirupsen/[email protected]/logrus.go
like f.e. here: https://github.com/meshery/meshkit/blob/master/logger/logger.go#L88
