meshery Make Tables Responsive for Mobile Devices

Description:

This PR ensures that tables are now fully responsive on mobile devices, improving the layout by converting them into cards.
Each row of the table is now represented as an individual card, with key-value pairs displayed for clarity.
This PR fixes #11683

enhance the design, not to show search forum text instead use a search icon with tooltip if possible.
