Current State

I was following docs for installation to install meshery in kubernetes. it isn't able to fetch the latest update/patch

Desired State

it should automatically install as shown here

Thanks. The solution here is to not inform the user that an upgrade is needed as there are no patch, alpha, beta and so on releases for mesheryctl.

@leecalcote I recently tried replicating the error, but it worked this time. However, I'm not sure what caused that. Maybe a recent PR caused some changes which caused the issue to resolve. I've been reading the codebase and will let you know if I come up with anything.
