Add 'Generate Model' Button to Meshery UI for Model Creation in Registry

Current Behavior

The Meshery UI currently lacks the option to import CSV files directly, as expected in the model creation workflow. Users are required to use MesheryCTL to import CSVs, which works well but detracts from a fully integrated UI experience.

Desired Behavior

A new button should be added to the Meshery UI under the Settings → Registry → Models page that allows users to import CSV files directly. This feature would improve ease of use by making the process more intuitive and accessible within the UI, without needing to rely on MesheryCTL.

Screenshots / Mockups

A button labelled "Generate Model" could be added under the "Models" tab in the Registry section next to the import button. When clicked, the button would open a file dialogue for users to select a CSV file, and the selected file would be processed to update the model.
