Update flowchart click docs

This PR is to address confusion and bug described in https://github.com/knsv/mermaid/issues/682

Changes include:

  • Updated the Flowchart interaction section to clarify how to use tooltips and callbacks.
  • Added .mermaidTooltip CSS so that the tooltip will appear in the gitbook.
