Fix custom cssClass test cases for classDiagram

Describe the bug The custom cssClass is not actually applied and does not cover the test case.

To Reproduce Open in cypress classDiagram.spec.js or look in percy

@jgreywolf No this is not covered yet. This is something which I noticed and hence created a separate issue. I plan to take it forward but didn't get enough time. Leave this open, I will try to wrap this one up.
