Add tags for different Angular version

Hi !

Thank's for you library !

I want use your library but my project is on Angular v12 (I can't upgrade the Angular version).

Your tag v2.1.1 is for Angular <= 9 Tag 3.0 is for Angular >= 13

It's not possible to use this library on Angular 10 / 11 /12 ...
