Wish: Track dirt roads

Hi, When driving my dirt vehicle, I would like to record the pavement (special dirt roads).
What I am currently doing is to stop the vehicle, remove my glove, get my phone out of my pocket, login, manual start/stop tracking within Open-GPX-Tracker, just to only record the driven dirt roads.

I have a small blue tooth device which can be used for taking photo's.
I would like to use this (kind of) device to start/stop tracking.

I like also to record the whole track in many cases, like organized off-road day(s). No time to stop.

Second wish, to set an option in preferences, to use that same bluetooth device to switch color on the track, so I can still record the whole track and marking beginning and end of a dirt road, by switching recording color(s) so dirt roads are marked within the whole track.
