third party map zooming may glitch with apple maps

Odd glitch, observed with Carto DB, when zooming in and out of maps, while tile has yet to load, apple maps may briefly overlay on unloaded tiles. The overlay shows apple maps text only, not the actual map rendering.

I also noticed that... I am more keen on thinking that it is a MKMapView issue... Also, another weird thing is that Apple maps logo and legal terms are displayed even with OSM or Carto Maps tiles...

well, according to https://forums.developer.apple.com/thread/119080 , removing the apple maps logo seems to not be allowed, sadly.

In the link they're talking about reposition, which is different from removing it when the map itself is not served from Apple Maps. This thread talks about the issue of hiding the logo https://forums.developer.apple.com/thread/124129
