Eccentric location tracking

Noticed that sometimes, somehow, a random track point would be created at the start point, despite being >20km away from it. After that, new points would return back to an accurate or near accurate area. Happens randomly, can occur anytime, Resulting in large distance counts.

Will take a more in depth look at what’s happening when time permits me to do so.

Tested on watchOS 6.0, have yet to be able to replicate in iOS 13.
