Add overlay level option to useCache function of MKMapView+MapCache

Just adds an overlay level option with a default set to .aboveLabels for backward compatibility.

I require .aboveRoads, not .aboveLabels.

Nice. Can you please add the documentation of the new parameter?

I'm not sure where to add it? In the ReadMe, it shows useCache() but doesn't mention the optional canReplaceMapContent parameter anywhere which seems like where it would be mentioned.
