Now shown in package control

First, thank you for writing a great package! In any case, I use Sublime Text 3 and the package is not shown in package control. I did the manual install and it seems to work great. Fix that and it will be a whole lot easier for more folks to use your great plugin.

I think it is worth reminding folks that Merlin hasn't updated this in two years. You'll have a better chance forking it and making the changes yourself. I've been wanting to create an updated fork of this for a while now but just haven't had the time to do it myself.

You should use my fork then since it is already updated to ST3

@thatsIch the readme.md on your fork says the recommended install is from the package manager and it's not there as far as I can see.

I did not manage the pull-in from the repository manager. The transition is far from complete since I do not use every feature. I did not want to publish something half-baked. But it "runs" on it. Since I do not make any Rainmeter Skins anymore the interest also dropped maintaining this.

@marlboro it is now possible using package control with a small workaround. please look into the readme in my fork.
