[Suggestion] Add "Edit DM Message" Module

Suggestion

At the moment there is no way to edit a message that is send to the user via DM.

I'm pretty sure the discord api doesn't even allow this

I am 100% sure that it works cause I did it on my own bot a while back. IDK where you take your information from, this is the second time you claim something that is not true.
