[Suggestion] Mass message purge feature

Suggestion

A feature, similar to what ban currently has, but as a separate block. As arguments, it will take the member id (or of a webhook/application) the amount of messages to delete OR delete message duration, and, optionally, the channel ID. Can be useful for: Mass deleting the messages of a user that spammed and left before getting banned, Mass deleting user messages, but without getting them banned. Mass deleting webhook spam/application spam. Mass deleting the channel messages.
