If you want to use a custom emoji from your server in a button it only shows the default emojis. Maybe add a way that the bot grabs the current emojis from a server and adds the to the array. In addition a option for adding emojis via id so you can use a emoji from a different server that the bot is on as well.

You can add the emojis to the bot itself using the Explore -> Emojis page in Kite. This way they will appear in the emoji selector. Kite has no way of knowing which server you are making the button for, so a selector for server emojis will probably not happen. Adding emojis by id would be an option tho
