Current behavior

By using the frontend-defaults I end up with the latest version of clean-webpack-plugin with an old setup.

Expected behavior

Setup should work out-of-the-box without any errors.

Minimal reproduction of the problem with instructions

create project by using: npx @namics/frontend-defaults-cli my-project Start project with npm start

What is the motivation / use case for changing the behavior?

Plugin version: 1.4.0 
- Node version: 10.16.0
- Platform:  Mac
