Issue running Invoke-Pronounsync.ps1

Everything has been set up successfully but still getting this error when it finds someone that needs to be updated. Saw that others were having similar issues but cannot seem to find a resolution. image

Does this happen for every user that needs an update or for just a subset of the users?
