Sporadic timeout error when updating sync keep alive

We are sporadically seeing errors from the worker when it is updating the keep alive for a sync job. Example error

    "message": "could not set latest keep alive for job: 3414",
    "level": "error"

The pod did not restart and there were no errors in the sql instance.
