Allow additions to interpreter classpath

There isn't really any way yet to demo anything from, let's say, twitter-util or finagle. Need to be able to pull external libraries into the interpreter's classpath to allow this.

Want larger fonts for presenting in class, smaller fonts for self-paced study. Right now the font size is hardcoded in CSS.

Site theme is obviously ripped off from the [bootstrap](http://twitter.github.io/bootstrap/) docs. We could at least tweak it a _little_ bit.

Need a pretty diagram to help visualize the traits magic.
