Issues getting mergeable to work in GitHub Enterprise in the cloud

I am not able to see mergeable show up in a PR like it should in my enterprise instance. But if I do a PR in my personal repo it works, is there any special config I need to do for Enterprise?

I tried disabling my allow list temporarily but no such luck and I'm not seeing any sort of errors to tell me what is going on. Any advice/direction would be helpful.

@zjpenneau I personally don't have experience with Github Enterprise so I don't think I can help you with it. If you do find a solution, please do share it for other people that might be having similar issues. thanks.
