Make anvi-script-kofam-accessions-to-hmms-directory. Or make anvi-script-accessions-to-hmms-directory with an option for pfam or kofam.

I like anvi-script-accessions-to-hmms-directory :) The only problem is the following: while HMMs from PFAM has model noise cutoff scores built-in, HMMs from KOFams do not (I am ready to stand corrected for this though). This problem may make it more difficult to mix and match things.
