[BUG] anvi-split store full contigs instead of selected splits

Short description of the problem

When using anvi-split with a collection of only one split, the split contigs.db should only contains the sequence for that split. But instead, it has the full original contig.

Detailed description of the issue

Right now, anvi-split will actually store the full contigs associated with the splits in a collection. Instead, it should only store the split's sequence.
