Updating the mock contigs and BAM files anvi'o uses for component tests

The program anvi-self-test runs various suites that executes a list anvi'o commands on pre-defined mock example data files typically stored in the sandbox directory.

One of these mock datasets a set of simplified BAM files (SAMPLE-{01,02,03}-RAW.bam in sandbox directory) that represent three samples, and a FASTA file of contigs (contigs.fa in sandbox directory) that were used to generate these BAM files.

The problem is, these files are 5 years old, and are now too simple to test many anvi'o commands. We need a major revamping of these files and reformat other files in the sandbox directory accordingly to have a simple but more realistic test data.

This small project does not require extensive programming skills, but instead it requires an patience, attention to detail, and creativity :)
