execution failure on wsl2

I think I have a clue. Starting from node-cron v4, we use [Intl.DateTimeFormat](https://github.com/node-cron/node-cron/blob/main/src/time/localized-time.ts#L68) to handle timezones and localized formatting. This issue might be related to how Intl behaves inside WSL2...
