Duplicate orders are being created...

So I have just set up Mercur. Created some vendors and added some products to their stores. When I place an order on the storefront. two orders are being made. One appears in admin and one appears in the Vendor dashboard. Admin able to view the orders of vendors is a normal behavior but the two orders are being made for the user. Is it some kind of bug or the default behavior? If it is default behavior, how can i override it so that the order being placed only goes to the vendor.
