Example of createCardToken ?

Does anyone have an example code of how to create a card token? I have been looking everywhere and cant find the code to implement it, I have already done it with px-android so I am guessing it is also possible with px-ios. Or at least an example of how to instantiate MercadoPagoServices

Also its pretty easy to do it by making a request directly to Mercado Pago API but is this way still PCI compliant?
