Captured multiple measurements of temperature, humidity, channel, ID but unable to currently exercise low battery!

I'm not sure of the process here, should I also make a start/attempt at writing the decoder? I'm a little confused at the process of identifying the device etc.

Open a ticket at https://github.com/merbanan/rtl_433/issues to coordinate analysis and exchange findings. You can then write a decoder if you like.
