fetch games in queue by tier

This would allow end users to fetch games in a queue by tier without overwriting any classes.

Hey, thanks for the PR & sorry for the slow response. Unfortunately, for this to work it would also need to be supported in the DataSources (e.g. https://github.com/meraki-analytics/orianna/blob/master/orianna/src/main/java/com/merakianalytics/orianna/datapipeline/riotapi/LeagueAPI.java), which currently don't support the /lol/league/v4/entries/{queue}/{tier}/{division} endpoint.
