Need Feature Short links

Hi, it would be possible to create short link?

I think, without a database or a key-value storage, implementation of this feature would be hard. But with an API like Bitly's API, this would be achievable. But if you could explain a little bit more about the way you like to have that feature, it would be easier for me to figure out a better way of doing this.

*The free version of Cloudflare's key-value storage will not be enough for this.

Maybe something like an integration with something like YOURLS/Skeeky would be a good idea. Something like just add the website of your own already existing shortener. It would be amazing write the website with YOURL, user and password into the config and then get a button near files for short the links with a pop-up asking for the short link.
