Fix a couple of broken links in the intro essay

  • One link was pointing to introduction.clj which has since been renamed to introduction.md
  • The "Tools" link was causing a navigation to "/essays/reality/essays/reality/tools#clojure" ("/essays/reality" appeared twice). Changing it to an absolute link fixed this.
