Viewport refactor (WIP)

This PR refactors the viewport view to be a collection of ES6 Classes rather than closures. Further work will be built on top of this design, so I would rather get it in as an isolated piece of work now rather than implement features on the old viewport and then have to port them.

This needs to be revisited and merged. We are now thinking of going for a landmarker.io-based demo for CVPR - getting this revised, modular viewport into master would be great to base our CVPR work off.
