Breaks signing into 3rd-party websites via Google sign-in

Describe the bug When this extension is enabled, I cannot sign in to websites via Google sign-in if the website's google sign-in credential screen occurs in a pop-up window. The login details panel will simply not load and it will be a blank page. And example website is patreon.com. I have been able to sign-in to websites via google-sign when the user credentials prompt occurs in the same window/tab and this issue does not seem to occur then.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to Patreon.com
  2. Click on Sign-in with google.
  3. Sign-in window will open in a pop-up window. If this is your first time signing in, it will allow you to type in your email and you can click next. However when you do, it will load a blank page and will not log you in. If you try this again, you will only get a blank page, and the login details page will not appear.
  4. See error

Expected behavior You should be able to sign-in to websites via Google login pop-up menus. After logging in, the pop-up menu should auto-close itself and you should be signed into the said website. However when this extension is enabled, you can input your google credentials once, but the window will never auto-close and you won't sign into the website.
