快速滑动，每次重新定位的时候会卡顿一下。原因是Collection的 didEndDecelerate 的回调时机对于快速滑动的场景来说太慢了

快速滑动，每次重新定位的时候会卡顿一下。原因是Collection的 didEndDecelerate 的回调时机对于快速滑动的场景来说太慢了 不应该判断didEndDecelerate代理，应该在scrolldidscroll代理或者直接kvo监听边界值变化，否则肯定卡顿
