Crash if new feature from selection over 0

I guess there is a quick fix.

I selected from -100 to 100 and wanted to create a new feature. DNApy crashed. Also if start > finish it will crash.

Selection was made in the newly commited plasmidGUI here https://github.com/0b0bby0/DNApy/pull/26
