I apparently just hit this now that chef-manage is enforcing the 'accept license' thing. This just made spinning up chef-server more complicated than it needs to be.

Given that the `Zip` in the struct is an `int64`, I would say no - this is not supported outside the USA

That looks like an unhandled response; unfortunately you'd need to log the response content as a full object before knowing what it exploded on

Have you tried replacing `localhost` with `127.0.0.1`? I'm running on MacOSX and I had to do that
