Add canonical links to help Google find latest release

Google is selecting old versions as canonical and not indexing newer versions.

Adding code to head-end to pick up the following from the front matter.

  1. isCanonical: add a canonical link to itself as the canonical page
  2. canonicalUrl: add a link to another URL which is the canonical version of this page

isCanonical takes priority over canonicalUrl

The PR also makes all the latest versions (e.g. refguife/…) canonical and adds canonical URLs to the most commonly returned refguide7 docs.
