docker-buildpack.version not updated for v3.5.2

The docker-buildpack.version file is not updated for v3.5.2: https://github.com/mendix/docker-mendix-buildpack/blob/v3.5.2/docker-buildpack.version

This causes images build with "make build-image" to be incorrectly tagged, and broke our CI/CD pipeline.

Also noticed this. Is this project at all still maintained? Since there are so many open issues and zero replies to all latest issues?
