ISSUE - Deleting a project (moved to \DataDiDVR 2023-09-21)

At one point I needed to try to remove projects with errors in them. Is there a recommended way to remove a project? I couldn't find anything on the subject, and simply deleting the entry in \static\projects did not work -- there were evidently leftovers that caused errors in running upload or preview. Eventually I had to erase the 'venv' directory and have it rebuilt.
