It kinda broke the search function

I installed some apps like excel and word. Word i have no problem searching but excel wouldnt show. This has no problem with basic windows 10 install btw

Some search functions are disabled yes, specifically the search indexing, but I will look into it and get back with a fix

The broken search function is due to disabling background apps. On one of my systems, I made it work again by enabling Windows Features Experience Pack and restarted the computer. On my laptop it started working again by itself after a Windows Update, so who knows what actually causes this to break with this XML.
