Missing download mgconsole for Ubuntu

Currently, on Memgraph's download website you can download mgconsole for MacOS and Windows, but not for Ubuntu. It would be great to have have mgconsole available for "any" operating system.

It's more complicated to create generic Linux binary because of OpenSSL and other libraries used inside mgconsole, a better setup is required. Some groundwork has been done under #56, but it's not fully done yet. We have to examine OpenSSL and the setup of each other library one by one.

For now, let's still compile mgconsole on each Linux OS. Will revisit this at some point in the future.
