Describe the bug Building Mage on Rocky 9 fails.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior: Vagrantfile is provided so that this can be reproduced. From the first glance this does not seem like an error specifically related to Rocky 9, but I may be wrong.

Expected behavior The build should pass.

Additional context mage.log Vagrantfile.txt

Logs with the actual error and Vagrantfile provided as attachments.
