Bindings for MacOS

Hi, are there bindings for macOS? image

Currently the C library (LeechCore) does not support building for macOS at all. If you want to send over a PR with a diff/patch that we can apply to that then using this on Mac would be possible. Alternatively you could of course make a PR upstream.

The upstream librarynow finally supports mac os. I'm trying to figure out how we can adapt our build pipeline for mac.
