Remove ability to customize prefix and disable mention prefix (in env vars)

Bot doesn't have message content intent, it can't read any message content without being mentioned, so for now we are gonna totally replace the bot prefix by the bot mention prefix, since the message content can only be seen when the bot is mentioned
