[openmemory] upgrading from commit a1c9a63 to latest breaks memory
🐛 Describe the bug
Description
Upgrading from commit a1c9a63 to latest commits broke my memories, they were not accessible via the ui or the mcp.
I understand that some stuff changed but this fact should be made clear in the docs. I don't know how to get my memories back in the latest version.
I had to:
- downgrade to commit a1c9a63
- do some stuff with alembic to get
openmemory.dbwork - reindex qdrant
please provide a way of migration when upgrading.

thanks for the response. i upgraded to latest and it partially fixed the issue. i had 298 memories but 157 of them was marked "deleted", this was prob my mistake when i was playing around with the sqlite db.
i fixed this by marking those memories as "active" in the db and reindexed qdrant. which made search_memory work again.
