Rich users might take a long time before they are out of gp. The up-front calculated buy-times might not be up-to-date due to concurrently executing other commands or using the web app.

potential solution.

I believe the buy endpoint returns gp information. If this is the case, we can dynamically update the buying process when using --until-out-of-gp.
