As a user of the Alibaba Cloud, I want to use Alibaba OSS Storage to persist my cache, so that I can reuse the storage system that I already know.

@kakkoyun hello. I am almost down with the setup but I have some doubts with the initialization options of the alibaba oss client as compared to aws. But I think the Google Cloud implementation is going to help. Will make a PR no later than tomorrow
